MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide outstanding anesthesia services to outpatient surgery centers.  We strive to be efficient, organized, and constantly improve the way we do business.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

The primary objectives of A4OPS are: provide outstanding anesthesia services, supply additional services as needed (QA and I, OR records, vendor relationships, ER cart organization, operating efficiency and block scheduling), and to create a positive relationship between the surgeons, administrators, patients and the individual anesthesia providers.

ORGANIZATIONAL FORMAT

Our preferred format is to bill directly for our services.  The advantage of this format is that your organization will not have to spend any time or effort for billing.  This provides a simple way to contract anesthesia without any of the requirements of employing individuals or groups, employment taxes, employment contracts, siness/malpractice/&workers compensation insurance, pension plans, staff scheduling, etc.  You simply contract with us, and we do everything else.  There are virtually no costs on your part!

We do recognize however, that different centers have different needs regarding the way they wish to contract anesthesia services.  We are always ready to discuss alternate arrangements for contracting services, including:

• Individual and Group employment contracts
• Individual and Group Independent contractor (1099) Agreements
• Sub-contractor Agreements through A4OPS
• MDA or MDA/CRNA formats

 

PROFESSIONALS

Our providers must have the following qualities:

• Board Certification, and all necessary licenses and credentials
• Maintain current ACLS certification
• Get along well with Staff, administrators, surgeons and patients
• Have an outstanding work ethic
• Have superior clinical skills
